Annual Membership Meeting

Once every year we ask our paid members to gather to vote on By Law changes and Board Member appointments, talk about the past year and plan for the organization’s future. The Annual Membership Meeting is held the second Saturday following the Studio Crawl. For the past several years, NDSU has been gracious enough to allow us to use their Downtown location.

If your dues schedule puts your membership in lapsed status prior to or on the day of the meeting, we ask that you renew your membership online a few days before the meeting, as only members in good standing are allowed to vote.

In 2010, the Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, October 16th at 10am at NDSU Downtown. Donuts and coffee from Atomic Coffee will be served.
