Volunteer Opportunity with the Beast Puppet and Mask Theater

I am writing to make you aware of an amazing community project involving
the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theater of Minneapolis and the
two-week residency they are completing here this week. We are in need of
adult volunteers to help with the two performances this Thurs. night at
6:30pm and Friday at noon out at Trollwood Performing Arts in south
Moorhead . Please consider giving a few hours of your time and seeing an
incredible performance at the same time. Please see below and let me know
as soon as possible if you can volunteer as I am coordinating the
volunteers.

If we could get 10 volunteers at both performances to be greeters and
“ushers” that would be great. We’ll have a couple as you enter the
amphitheatre by the bridge, a couple escorting up to the amphitheatre, and
then the rest inside the amphitheatre to walk people to the seats. If
these volunteers could come one hour before the performances, that would
be great.

We also need 10 additional volunteers to help backstage – getting students
in order, helping them in and out of costume, etc. If these individuals
could come to our dress rehearsal on Wednesday at 6pm-8:30pm, that would
be excellent. We would also like these volunteers an hour prior to
performances.
