“Challenging Times / Creative Solutions,” Prairie Arts Management Institute offers professional development and leadership training for staff of small and mid-sized community arts organizations. Keynote Speakers: David O’Fallon, MacPhail Center for Music; & David Fraher, Arts Midwest. Where: Augustana College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 2001 S. Summit Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57197. When: June 3-5, 2010. Courses include: “From Design to Evaluation: Developing Programs for Impact” Taught by Sharon Rodning Bash, ArtsLab Program Director, Arts Midwest; “Traditional Arts Brought to Light” Taught by Andrea Graham (South Dakota Traditional Arts Program) and Lisa L. Higgins (Missouri Folk Arts Program); and “Effectively Engaging Internal Stakeholders” Taught by John McCann, Consultant, Partners in Performance.
