Job Posting ~ The Arts Partnership is Seeking an Executive Director

Martha Keeler Olsen, The Arts Partnership (formerly Lake Agassiz Arts Council), Executive Director is retiring at the end of June. Therefore, The Arts Partnership, a member-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking an Executive Director who is passionate about the arts to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Duties of this part-time to full-time, flexible position include overseeing development activities, publications, personnel, events, re-granting, and advocacy efforts. Successful candidate will have: Bachelors degree plus three years related experience, passion for the arts, outstanding written and verbal skills, development and fundraising competencies, proven leadership ability, and capacity for partnership building and collaboration.
