2010 Village Gallery's Craft Fair Registration

Hello! It’s about that time of year (yes, bring on summer!) for the Village Gallery’s Craft Fair. I’ve attached the registration form, the first document is in the Word 2007 format, the second is in 97-2003 format of Word. If you have problems opening it, let me know I’ll resend it in a different format. If I’ve doubled up on you, I apologize!
