Dennis Warcup Update

A quick update from Janna on the great progress Dennis is making since his
surgery last month:

Dennis had his brain aneurysm surgery one month ago at St. Joseph’s
Hospital in St. Paul. on Feb. 9th and we were discharged on Feb. 19th. He
is doing well. You can barely see the incision across his forehead. Many
things are going well for him. His conversation is very good and he seems
to keep up with everyone. His therapist wants him to walk without the cane
now. He moves in the house from room to room fairly well. He can stand and
sit by himself. He is able to get dressed and cleaned up each day but does
get some help to get ready for bed. He sleeps
well at night and takes 4-5 naps a day. He gets very exhausted each day.
So do I. He goes to physical, occupational, and speech therapy – 2 times a
week for each. The therapists see some areas that need improvement. They
give him homework for his days off so we are always busy trying to keep
up.

What wonderful progress for just one month! Thank you for your thoughts and
prayers for Dennis and I. We appreciate your support.
