There will be several Merit Awards and at least one purchase award by M State. You may encourage other serious artists to participate in this show. For your convenience, a copy of the entry form has been enclosed with this letter. There must be a form for each work. The form is to be submitted at the time the work is delivered but is NOT to be affixed to the work. Each work must have its own identification of your own devising.
