North Valley Arts Council’s Grand Cities Arts Fest

The dates of the show are June 12 & 13, 2010. Grand Cities Arts Fest is one of North Dakota’s most popular outdoor events. Over 35,000 visitors will view the work of 125+ artists. North Dakota’s economy is strong and has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the United States. We anticipate excellent visitor attendance, exciting juried work and strong sales.

2010 is the first year a professional juror from outside Grand Forks has been invited to jury Arts Fest. We believe this will bring a new perspective with regard to the quality of work and standards of the show.

Arts Fest is held on the banks of the Red River of the North, located in Grand Forks, ND (west side) and East Grand Forks, MN (east side). Grass and pavement sites are available. Please indicate your preference on the application.

Arts Fest shows both fine and functional art. The artist must be on-site during the entire show. Work must be of: Original concept; Original design; and Artist execution. Imports are not accepted. Reproductions must be clearly marked.

The 2010 Juror is Ann Ruhr Pifer from Grand Hand Gallery in St. Paul, MN.
