PROCESS IMPACT – open call for activist art
Process Impact, an exhibition of activist art, CALL FOR ENTRIESApril 16-May 1, 2010
Postmark Deadline: January 11, 2010 Process Impact is a national juried exhibition that will provide young artists who are using art as activism with an opportunity to exhibit their work in a collaborative show. Environmental concern, consumerism, health care, and civil rights are just a few examples of topics open for discussion. This exhibition will create a multi-faceted experience for gallery visitors to view art while learning about important issues and how to get involved. Eligibility: Open to all media. Artists must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate program to submit. The work must be original, completed within the past 3 years, and not previously shown in the Eagle Gallery. Current Murray State University students, faculty, and staff are not eligible to submit.
